Mr. Fouzan Khan

Mr. Fouzan received his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Pakistan. He worked in textile industry as an audit manager for Omar group of companies from 2004-2007. Mr.Fouzan moved to Dubai and joined White Sand Real Estate Management in 2007. He serves as an Audit & Finance manager of the company. He deals with overseeing finances and internal operations. In this role, he has worked to ensure the financial health and stability of the company through diligent monitoring of spending and profitability, as well as risk mitigation.
Mr. Murtaza Ali

Mr. Ali provides administrative support and manages HR related queries at White Sand Real Estate Management. Ali finished his ACCA qualification from England with focus in accounting and management. In Pakistan he worked as a manager finance and international audit for a leading airline company Shaheen airlines. Mr. Ali later moved to Dubai and he joined the company in 2019 and provides the clients with exceptional customer service and deals with the entire HR related queries, along with business development of the company.
Ms.Pinky Salazar

Ms. Pinky hails from Philippines; she graduated from Adamson University in 2005 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education. She joined the company in 2013. At White Sand Real Estate Management she assists in planning appointments and meetings. Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
Mr.Gulraiz Hassan

Mr.Gulraiz was born and raised in Pakistan and attained his Master’s degree in Business Administration. He moved to Dubai and joined White Sand Real Estate Management in 2010. He was appointed as the company’s Follow-up manager. His areas of expertise include sales and marketing of properties. He takes care of the renewal of tenancy contracts. He manages all the queries related to tenants.
Ms. Rana Samir Ahmed

Ms. Rana studied law and received her Bachelor’s degree from Cairo University.In 2013 she was appointed as a Head of Execution for a law office. Later in 2017 she joined White Sand Real Estate Management. Her expertise includes writing criminal, labor, civil memorandums and filing all legal paperwork in the court as per UAE law. She writes POA, agreements and contracts. Here in White Sand she serves as a corporate lawyer and takes care of all the legal consultations, court cases and hearings.
